Howard has spent his career covering Wall Street, most recently as a lead hedge fund reporter, where he built a reputation as the guy who digs up the hard-to-find stories. Along the way, he noticed a pattern: the big funds get covered constantly, while the thousands of funds running under $1 billion barely get a mention.
Howard started The Long & Short to fix that. It’s a modern media company and community built for the funds under $1 billion moving markets, and everyone else trying to keep up with them.
